DUNE Cardboard Furniture

A furniture project understood as a living landscape. A multiple uses  all-purposes support . Lightweight, economical, easy assembly, sturdy, customizable and recyclable. The scale allows itself to ibe ntegrated as  much  as a domestic and  public landscape.

Composed of  36 digital model and automatically punched pieces of triple cardboard, Dune can be customized by adding a catalog of different accessory-parts as "plugins" that build on the using possibilities of  the original piece.

The ORO Business Centre is a 3 storey building for offices .It is the total action support, acting as a backdrop, as well as main character, depending on the scale from which it is beeing used.

We offer an alternative to distribution spaces, commonly developed in linear schemes such as "comb", where they function as mere few interesting and low usability corridors  Our project articulates the intended program around a large central space of communication and relationship, crossed by courtyards that qualify some so versatile areas  A place to talk, enjoy temporary exhibitions  etc. ..
 
 
Portman's Bay Regeneration

"9000 tons of pollutants discharged daily for 30 years. The greatest environmental disaster the Mediterranean". An enviromental, economic, and social  sustainable solution , technically supported by pioneering experiences in  contaminated soils treatment. A waterfront with a 1300 m. beach and a  green  park where  contaminated ground is stabilized in dunes and setting a new landscape .A marina capable of monetizing the proposal and making the town  breathe ttowards the sea as once did.

TOPOGRAPHIC ADAPTATION / VIEWPOINT ROOFS

With a  site with an average gradient of 18%, the  proposed housing solution is stair-shaped,adapting to the  different irregularities and creating viewpoint terraces, areas, porches, courtyards and stands.

The roofs become a main character in the project, both for its presence within the performance as by their status as high quality contemplative and useful spaces...

Refurbishmente and adaptation project for two existing buildings and a public space in between.

We propose a ground floor intervention of a transverse linking for both buildings with a central garden . Through a system of "banding" that creates a tapestry that interlockis green spaces with pavilions , lthe boundaries between ttwo buildings. are blur, In search of a more unitary image
